中国企业跨国并购中的人力资源整合

摘    要:跨国并购是现代企业在激烈的市场竞争中做大做强、夺取制高点和主动权、提高核心竞争力的有效手段,也是国际直接投资的重要方式之一,在现代经济中已经起着越来越重要的作用,但并购的效果却不乐观,忽视人力资源整合是导致并购失败的重要原因之一。在对中国企业跨国并购的现状及发展趋势作了简要分析后,进一步探讨了中国企业跨国并购中出现的人力资源整合问题,重点对如何进行跨文化人力资源整合提出了对策建议。

Abstract:Transnational merger is valid means that make commanding point,initiative,improve big and powerful competitiveness in modern enterprises and capture in the fierce market competition.it is one of the important ways that the international directs investment too,which have already been playing more and more important role in modern economy.But the merging result is pessimistic.It is one of the important reasons that to ignore the integration of the resources of manpower.After making a brief analysis to current situation and development trend of transnational merger of Chinese enterprise,the questions of integration of the resources of manpower appearing have further probed in the transnational merger of Chinese enterprise,the countermeasures have put forward to that how to carry on the integration of the resources of cross-cultural manpower especially.
