| 摘 要： | 文章考察了我国传统国有企业主辅产权制度，讨论了我国现行国有企业主辅分离改革的体制设计的逻辑局限性，在此基础上，提出了基于市场合约的国有企业主辅关系再造的观点。文章的探讨增加了我们观察国有企业制度变革与市场整合的角度，拓宽了我们进行政策讨论与选择的视野。
