As one of methods to solve information asymmetry in insurance transactions,the regime of insurer′s declaration obligation should be properly interfaced with the trend of insurance policy readability.And as a part of the regulation system of adhesion clauses,the regime of insurer′s declaration obligation should be in harmony with other regulation methods,too.As to the insurer′s declaration obligation itself,general-purpose declaration and explicit declaration should be separated as well as coordinated with each other.The research may be helpful to improve the regime of insurer′s declaration obligation,including scope of declaration,method of declaration and legal effects.
