| Abstract: | This article has established the basic principle of general ammunition supply support business process evaluating index system, proposed general ammunition supply support business process evaluating indicator system which reflects general ammunition supply support business process＇s overall performance from six aspects including process flexibility, process cost, process efficiency, information transmission ability, army satisfaction degree and the availability of resources. Then it has carried on the quantification analysis and explanation to each evaluating indicator. |
