| Abstract: | The decision about the reform of the investment system is established and is put forward by State Department in July 2004, which gives a distinct direction to deepening the system of the investment in fixed asset investment fields. Enterprise should try hard to transit the idea, strength the interior ability, and establish the principal part while the condition exterior is improving. |
