| 摘 要： | 为解决企业IT外包项目供应商选择的问题,避免主观片面的决策,以一个实际案例分析,用AHP方法(AnalyticHierarchyProcess,层次分析法)分为目标层、准则层、方案层3个层次设置选择的主要因素和供应商,构建出层次模型,再计算出供应商的综合权重值,以决策选择哪家供应商。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem which Chooses IT foreign contract project supplier,avoid the subjective one-sided decision-making,this article analyzed with an actual case,proposed divides the target stratum,the criterion level,the plan level 3 levels with the AHP method establishes the choice which the primary factor and the supplier,constructed the level model,calculated supplier's comprehensive weight value,then chose which supplier by the decision-making. |
