| 摘 要： | 针对目前科研项目立项评审方法在利用各类评审信息上存在的缺陷,提出了基于灰色系统理论的综合评价排序模型,并将其应用于科研项目的立项评审,通过实例描述了该模型应用的基本过程,为科研项目立项评审提供了一种科学可行的方法。

The Multiple Gray Synthetic Evaluation on Science Research Project |

| Abstract: | In this thesis,the way of using Gray System Theory and AHP method,a program for evaluating projects of science research is designed. Against common flaws derived from the insufficient use of various gray degree evaluation information in currently used methods, multi-hierarchy gray theory based projects of science research evaluation model is put forth, which makes the results more objective and more reasonable. |
