| 摘 要： | 连锁药店的物流能力已经成为其核心竞争力的重要部分.在研究成果的基础上,总结了连锁药店物流能力、物流活动和与物流相关的连锁总部资源的相关指标,运用调查问卷对长株潭地区型连锁药店的物流服务和物流能力进行了比较分析,并对连锁药店物流能力的发展提出相关建议.

| Abstract: | Logistics capabilities of chain drugstores are the important part of their core competitiveness. Based on the summery of previous research results, related indices of logistics capabilities, logistics activities and logistics-related headquarters' resources are summarized, and the logistics services and capabilities of drugstores in Chang-Zhu-Tan Region are analyzed by questionnaires.
