| 摘 要： | 20多年来,我国对外贸易持续快速发展,基本上完成了进口替代到出口替代战略转型的初级阶段,下一步要求通过科技创新转变外贸增长方式,提高科技含量和附加值,推动我国外贸发展。笔者通过分析我国已经具备的科技创新的政治和经济背景,提出依靠科技进步与体制创新转变外贸增长方式是我国实现外贸可持续发展的必由之路。
