| 摘 要： | 对外开放与经济发展具有显著的相关性.文章采用1991～2003年的统计资料,对河北省经济的对外开放度进行了测定和分析。结果表明,河北省经济的对外开放程度最近几年的发展呈现良好势头,但仍处于中国的中等水平,并且省域内部的差异也十分明显。据此,提出了进一步加强区域协作,构筑河北省大开放格局的措施。

| Abstract: | Opening to the outside world and economic growth have remarkable dependence, The economic opening rate of Hebei Province is measured and analyzed by using statistical data from 1991 to 2003.It is exposed that the economic opening rate of Heboi province has risen in the recent years, but it is only the medium level of the Chinese opening rate, and the difference of opening rate among the province is also remarkable. In view of the above , this paper propose the suggestion about strengthening regional cooperation further and the measure of constructing the great open pattern of Hebei province. |
