| Abstract: | Through a brief analysis, the article elaborates the five types of China Hi-New-Tech developing areas, three kinds of composition and the geographical distribution of the areas. The article also illustrates the strategic significance which the developing area construction will demonstrate for China to become one of the greatest world-class economic countries by mid 21st century. |
