湖北省大型湖泊水库旅游资源开发利用价值评价

在对湖北省大型湖泊水库（下称大型湖库）定量和定性分析基础上，设立了 ８ 个评价项目，并将评价项目按重要性分成三类，采用项目分级与加权评分相结合的要素综合评价方法，计算出各大型湖库的分值，然后以各湖库所得总分值为依据，综合评价出湖北省大型湖泊水库的最终等级。最后对等级不同的湖泊和水库，作了如何发挥人的主观能动性，充分利用旅游资源优势，有效改变主要障碍因子的若干建议

EVALUATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND UTILIZATION VALUE OF THE TOURIST RESOURCES OF THE LARGE LAKES AND RESERVOIRS IN HUBEI PROVINCE

Based on evaluation of large lakes and reservoirs in Hubei province by quanlitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the author has established eight evaluation items. These items can be classified into three types according to their significance.The score of each item was calculated by applying key element comprehensive evalutation of item classification and weighted average. The final grade was determined based on the total item scores of each large lake and reservoir in Hubei provinec.Finally, the author has brought forward several suggestions for the different grades of the large lakes and reservoirs with regard to bringing the people's subjective initiative into full play, making good use of the superiority of the tourist resources as well as effectively overcome the major obstacle factors.
