摘    要:以改善城市中低收入阶层居民住房条件为目的的经济适用房建设,受到我国政府的高度重视。本文根据有关住宅用地选址的经济理论,以武汉市的具体情况为例,论述了土地价格和区位选择是经济适用房用地选址的两难问题,提出了经济适用房的建设应与城镇土地使用制度改革的目标和进程相联系,并在此基础上对经济适用房建设用地的合理选址和土地资源市场配置的途径进行了探讨。

Abstract:The Chinese goverment devotes great attention to building economical and functional residences to better the living conditions of the middle-and-lower-income urban residents. This paper, based on the economic principle of residence location selection, using the concrete conditions of Wuhan Municipal City as an example, discusses the dilemma between land prices and suitable locations for economical and functional residences. It suggested that the construction of economical and functional residences should keep pace with the reform of urban land use system. It is on this basis that the paper explores some rational ways to the location selection and market allocation of land resources.
