开放对发展中国家工资差距的影响:一个文献综述

工资差距是收入差距的重要组成部分。从发展中国家对外开放的实践看,许多发展中国家出现了工资差距拉大的迹象,而这又是与经典的国际经济学理论相违背的。本文从发展中国家工资差距变化与传统理论分析的背离出发,梳理了开放条件下贸易自由化、外资流入、外包和技术进步等因素对发展中国家工资差距影响的研究文献,并对上述文献作了简要的评论。

Effects of the Opening-up on Wage Gap of Developing Countries: A Literature Survey

Wage gap is a very important and integral part of income gap.Judging from the opening-up practice of many developing countries,the phenomenon of widened wage gap has appeared in those countries,which is contradictory to the classical international economics theories.Based on the deviation between the widened wage gap in many developing countries and traditional theoretical analysis,the paper surveys the recent research concerning the effects of various elements on the wage gap in developing countries,including trade liberalization under open condition,FDI influx,outsourcing and technical progress,and it finally gives some brief comments on these research.
