摘    要:目前烟花在消费中的效用主要表现为"观赏效用",这就决定了"烟花燃放"活动具有极强的"正外部性"。本文通过对"烟花燃放"的经济属性进行界定,建议烟花企业在产品研发中加大烟花消费的个性化元素,以实现其外部性的内在化,从而实现烟花市场的均衡产量尽可能接近社会合意的均衡产量。

Abstract:Nowadays, the effect of fireworks consumption mainly focuses on the view utility which determines that fireworks enjoy the good externality. The article suggests the fireworks corporations should increase the individual consumption element in the product development by defining the economic property of fireworks display so as to realize the internalization of externality and to obtain the balance between supply and demand of fireworks in the market.
