小企业信息化建设分析

伴随着IT技术的发展,管理信息化已经引起了全球管理学者和实践者们广泛关注。与此同时,随着国内经济的发展,涌现出了一大批小企业。在经过了初期的发展以后,这些企业面临着管理的挑战,其中一些企业希望引入信息化手段解决管理中遇到的实际问题。笔者对小企业实施信息化建设的优势做了一定的分析,并且指出了在信息化建设过程中容易遇到的一些误区,最后给出了一些建议。

To Study for the Informationlization Construction of Small Companies

With the development of information technology,more and more specialists and managers are focusing on how to use IT method to make management better.On the same time with the rocketing China,many small companies are growing up and facing the challenge of management.Many of them want to use IT method to resolve problems.In the paper,the author does study on the advantage of small companies while using IT method.And also,some mistakes and advices in handling are listed.
