| 摘 要： | 东北东部地区资源加工业依托当地丰富的资源赋存,取得了巨大的进步;尤其是近年来,在保留原有优势产业的基础上,形成了一系列具有地区特色的产业,更将地区的资源加工业推向了新高度。但从地区资源加工业的整体发展情况来看,仍存在技术设备落后、产品结构不合理、资源面临枯渴、环境污染突出等问题,如何跨越这些发展中的障碍,已经成为东北东部地区资源加工业健康、持续发展的重要任务。为此建议：形成产业发展的反思支持系统;强化和优化支柱产业;加强区域分工和合作;走可持续发展之路。
