我国农村环境污染的成因及防治的法律对策

我国农村环境污染日益严重的直接原因,是由于现实的农村生产生活中产生的垃圾以及农村盲目追求经济发展给环境带来的破坏;但如果从更深层次上追究,则可以将其归结为我国法律制度对农村环境污染防治的缺失。为此,防治农村的环境污染应该从多方面考虑,既要完善我国农村环境污染防治的立法,又要在目前还未完善立法的条件下充分提升行政机关的执政水平,以及设立农村环境保护的专门机构进行综合治理。
