| 摘 要： | 开展农村公益性文化扶贫,是一项复杂的民生系统工程。针对我国广大贫困地区农村文化水平落后、农民文化生活单调贫乏、观念习俗滞后的现实,应切实提高认识,多策并举,推进农村公益性文化扶贫工程。这对于促进经济欠发达地区农村经济、文化与社会全面持续发展,从根本上改善和提高农民生活水平,具有重要的战略意义。

| Abstract: | Rural area public culture of poverty alleviation project is a complex people's system project.Direct on our country's peasant's dull cultural life and backward conscious and tradition,we should improve recognition,find more measures to develop rural area public culture of poverty alleviation project.All of these can improve the economy culture and society of less developed area,and has important strategic meaning with improve peasants' live level from the bottom. |
