| 摘 要： | 资产结构主要表现为资产内部构成及规模.从其资产总体规模分析,我国农业上市公司并没有充分发挥出规模经济效应;从其资产内部构成分析,流动资产、固定资产和无形资产并没有在企业经营过程中对发挥公司绩效起到相应的作用.在以上分析的基础上,文章提出了优化我国农业上市公司资产结构建议.

| Abstract: | Assets structure is mainly showed in internal structure and scales.As to assets scales,listed agricultural companies don't have effect in economies of scale.As to internal assets structure,current assets, fixed assets and intangible assets don't play relative roles to improve firm performance.At last,suggestions are put forward in order to optimize assets structure of listed agriculture companies. |
