| 摘 要： | 在信息技术高速发展的今天,制造业企业管理具有的复杂性特点,使企业实施ERP系统面临诸多风险。文章就制造业ERP项目实施全过程执行风险管理,分别从实施前、实施中及实施后3个阶段探讨风险识别、风险驱动因素分析、风险管理策略,为企业实施ERP项目的风险管理提供参考依据,以帮助企业成功实施ERP项目。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology,the management of manufacturing industry is so complicated that manufacturing enterprises face a lot of risk when they implement ERP system.The purpose of the paper is to manage risks in the whole process of Implementing Manufacturing Industry ERP,from before-after-in three stages,and to discuss risk identification,risk factor analysis,risk management strategy,to provide reference for risk management in order to help enterprises to implement ERP project. |
