| Abstract: | Board of directors is the core of corporate governance.In this case,the mode of board of directors is significant for the development of the listed company.This paper discussed the models of board of directors of listed companies in China. And then it pointed out that the main question is that the board of directors and board of supervisors did not play the relevant role.From the board of directors and board of supervisors of the operational efficiency,the paper also proposed the proposals and countermeasures to improve the model of board of directors. |
