| Abstract: | In the off-balance-sheet activities(OBS) we should use advanced managing experience of the developed country for reference in risk control envisaging our actualities.The commercial bank and central bank should adopt corresponding risk management measure to relieve risk for the off-balance-sheet activities such as principal sufficiency,information diaphaneity,inside control,regulation and system.Only by those measures will have stably developed off-balance-sheet activities. |
