| Abstract: | The financing difficulty usually hinders their further development. Through an analysis of their financing problems, the author brings up some suggestions based on learning from developed countries and draws a conclusion that an effective and competitive financial system plus the necessary aid and guidance of the government is the effective solution to perfect China's financing system for the private businesses. |
