摘    要:国有企业人力资源激励存在问题的一个重要原因就是忽视了员工的心理契约。从心理契约的角度考虑,国有企业在对员工进行激励的过程中,必须遵循针对性、公平性、及时性的原则,以改革国有企业产权为前提,在完善国有企业人力资源管理制度的基础上,注重满足员工心理期望,加强对员工的沟通了解。

Human Resources Incentive System for State-owned Enterprises: Based on the Analysis of the Psychological contract

Abstract:The important reason why there are problems about the incentive systems in state-owned enterprises human resource management is the ignorance of the psychological contract for staffs.On the perspective of psychological contract,enterprises must follow the principles by aim,fair and time in the executive course of the incentive systems,and provided on the reform of state-owned enterprise property rights pay more attention to the psychological expectations and communications with staffs on the basis of State-owned enterprises human resource management systems.
