国家级园区用地相对集约度及其时空分异研究

研究目的:以53个国家级经济技术开发区为例,研究每个开发区的土地利用相对集约度,同时分析2000—2005年各个开发区土地利用相对集约度变化的时空特征。研究方法:基于比较优势理论的土地利用相对集约度评价方法。研究结果:东部地区开发区的集约利用程度较为明显,可以优先发展开发区建设;中西部地区的开发区集约利用整体发展趋势良好,可以适当增加开发区的数量;对于土地利用相对集约度较低的开发区,需要进一步合理协调开发区用地与耕地保护之间的关系。研究结论:开发区的设立需要考虑不同区域的土地利用相对优势,参照土地利用相对集约度综合考虑,以实现耕地保护与开发区建设的双赢,促进区域土地资源优化配置。

Research on Relative Intensity Degree of Land Use and its Spatial-temporal Differentiation of National Development Zones

The purpose of the article is to study the relative degrees of land use intensity of fifty-three national economic and technological development zones,and to analyze their spatial-temporal differentiations from the year 2000 to 2005.Method of comparative advantage theory was employed.The results indicate that land use intensity of development zones in eastern areas is higher and can be developed in priority,while the whole trend of land use intensity in middle and western regions is good and the number of development zones can be increased.The land use in development zones at low intensity shall be coordinated with the conservation of cultivated land.In setting up development zones,the relative advantages of land use as well as their intensity levels in different regions shall be taken into account to achieve the double-win of the construction of development zones and cultivated land conservation and to promote the optimal allocation of regional land resources.
