| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在建设数字化资源过程中很多方面都会涉及到知识产权问题,图书馆工作者要提高法律意识;掌握在知识产权法允许的范围内合理使用的基本原则;同时要创新和完善规章制度,规范运营管理;并采用新技术手段,保障网络安全和各方合法权益,保证图书馆数字资源建设的健康发展。

| Abstract: | In the process of establishing digital resources, university library faces a series of problems involving intellectual property rights.Librarians should improve their sense of law,master the fundamental principles within the range of reasonable application,innovate and perfect regulations,standardize its operation,and maintain network safety and legitimate rights and interests with new technological means to guarantee the healthy development of establishment of digital resources. |
