| 摘 要： | 文章根据国家统计局与科技部公布的数据,从科技投入、创新活动及科技产出等多方面对比分析了江苏省与全国研发机构的发展情况。分析结果显示:江苏省研发机构总体发展情况良好,但存在机构数偏少、RD投入强度偏弱、基础研究薄弱、政府支持力度不强及科技产出效率偏低等问题。并提出解决江苏省研发机构发展存在问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the data announced by National Bureau of Statistics and National Technology Department and from the perspectives of technological input and innovative activities,the paper analyzes the development of research institutes in Jiangsu.The results show that the overall development is sound and smooth but still exists some problems,for instance, small in quantity,less R&D investment,weak in fundamental study,little support from local government and low efficiency of technological output.Further,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems. |
