摘    要:基于SWOT模型,分析了南京老山国家森林公园在生态旅游开发过程中的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战。建议园区应以建立品牌形象、突出景区特色为重任,并积极引进专业人才,优化景区管理制度,改善园区基础设施,从内部提升森林公园的专业水平;并顺应市场变化不断调整营销模式,适当拓宽市场,以应对目前多元化的消费需求,提升森林公园的综合竞争力等建议。

Abstract:Based on the SWOT model, the paper analysed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the Laoshan National Forest Park. It is suggested that the park should take the responsibility of establishing a brand image and highlighting the characteristics of the scenic spot, and actively introduce professional talents, optimize the scenic spot management system, improve the park infrastructure and upgrade the forest park’s professional level from the inside. In addition, in order to obtain sustainable economic benefits for the subsequent development and construction of forest parks, it thought that the marketing model should be continuously adjusted in response to market changes, andthe market should be appropriately expanded to cope with the current diversified consumer demand, thereby enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of forest parks.
