| 摘 要： | 国际资本流入发展中国家,影响是多元的.它既可能带来经济发展,就业扩大;也可能造成贫富悬殊,失业增加.就中国1990-2000年投资对就业影响的实证分析表明,外资对就业的影响负面大于正面,扩大就业主要是国内投资的结果.这就要求在引进外资政策上,要考虑如何降低负面影响,提高拉动就业增长的问题.

| Abstract: | It has many effects that international capital flows into the developing countries. On the one hand, it can bring development of economy and increase of employment. On the other hand, it can lead to wide gap between the rich and the poor and increase unemployment. The negative effect of foreign capital for employment is bigger than the positive effect of that, as is known from the positive analysis on this from 1990 to 2000. Increase of employment is
because of domestic investment. So policy must be considered to reduce the negative effect and increase employment. |
