我国产业技术创新能力剖析及对策研究

技术创新是经济增长的重要动力来源,而产业技术创新能力的高低代表一国的国际竞争力。文章利用实证数据,通过对我国产业技术创新能力指标的分析,剖析了我国产业技术创新现状,指出我国产业创新存在技术水平落后、研发经费投入不足、创新人才缺乏、创新能力低下以及高技术发展程度低等较为严重的问题,并基于科学技术是第一生产力的观点,从企业、产业、国家三个层面上分别提出了提高我国产业技术创新能力的对策建议。

Technology Innovation in China's Industry and Countermeasures

Technology innovation is an important driving force for economic growth and innovation ability of industrial technology can stand for one country's level in international competitiveness. After analyzing the situation of China's industry innovation, the author finds out some problems such as backward technical level in industry innovation, shortage of R&D is not enough and professionals and low degree of high-tech development. Science and technology is primary productive force. Based on this idea, the author, in the view of enterprises, industry and central government, puts forwards some measures to increase technology innovation of China's industry.
