农业现代化的必由之路：农民专业合作组织

发展农民专业合作组织，对于实现农业现代化、建设社会主义新农村具有重要意义。组建农民专业合作组织必须坚持民办性、合作性原则。规范农民专业合作组织要把握好股份合作的产权结构、现代企业的法人治理结构、民主管理制度和合作组织的分配制度。同时，要建立政府对合作社的挟持机制、合作组织的可持续发展机制和促进农民增收的长效机制。

Agricultural modernization only way: farmer speciality cooperation organization

Developing the farmar speciality coopertion organization(FSCO)has important significans for real- izing the agricutural modernization and constructing the new socialist countryside.Organizing the FSCO must uphold the principles of cooperation and running by the local people.It is necessary to perfect the property right structure of mordern enterprise,and the systems of democracy management and FSCO's distribution.At the same time,establish three mechanisms to promte the development of FSCO,such as:the government's supporting mechanism;the FSCO's sustainable developing mechanism;and the farmer's income raising mechanism.
