新农村建设的阶段特征和重点与难点分析——基于兰州市的调查研究

农业、农村、农民问题，事关全面建设小康社会大局。近年来兰州市农村经济实现了快速、稳步发展，农民生活水平大幅提升。通过实地考察其八个具有代表性的村庄，将兰州市新农村建设分为前期、中期和后期三个阶段，并看作是实现村民从职业非农化，居住地城市化到生活方式市民化的农村现代化进程。总结该进程中不同阶段的经验和教训，为我国社会主义新农村建设工作的进一步深化提供借鉴。

Analysis of the Stage Characteristics,Key Points and Difficulties of the New Countryside Construction——Based on the Investigation in Lanzhou

The issues of agriculture, countryside and peasants have a bearing on building a well-off society in an all-round way. In Lanzhou,the rural economy has been achieving a rapid and steady development, and peasants＇ living standards have been improving substantially in recent years. Through its eight-spot inspection of representative villages, the process of the new countryside construction in Lanzhou can be divided into three stages for earlier period , medium term and later stage, and can be recognized as the course from non-farming occupation, urbanized inhabitation to urban life style. The experience and lessons of different stages are summed up to provide the draw for further deepen the new socialist countryside construction.
