| 摘 要： | 农业产业化经营作为一个龙型产业链每和运作系统，其发展的关键和中心环节在于龙头企业。然而多数地方农业产业化龙头介业的经营运作还处在低水平、低效率状态。因此，如何强化龙头企业运营管理是摆在我们面前最紧要的问题。将核心能力理论引入农业产业化经营，强调龙头企业培育并构建核心能力，是优化配置内外部资源并进而整合目标市场，推进我国农业产业化经营的关键所在。
