摘    要:目前,民营企业和谐共赢的劳资关系正在迅速成长,但仍存在不少问题。加快建设和谐共赢的劳资关系需要从战略高度认识建设新型和谐共赢劳资关系的重要性,加快新型和谐共赢劳资关系的制度建设,坚持以人为本强化企业文化建设,加快建立工会和劳动争议协商与调处的仲裁机制,以及完善立法、强化劳动监督和执法力度。

Abstract:At present,harmonious and win-win labor and capital relationship are rapidly developing in the private enterprises but there are still quite a fewproblems.In order to quicken the establishment of the harmonious and win-win labor and capital relationship,we need to make efforts in the following aspects:we need to knowthe importance of establishing newharmonious and win-win labor and capital relationship,need to quicken the system construction of the newharmonious and win-win labor and capital relationship,need to stick to human-oriented principle and enhance corporate culture construction,need to accelerate the establishment of labor union and the arbitral system which negotiates and mediates labor disputes,and also need to perfect legislation,strengthen labor monitor and execution of law.
