新疆县域休闲农业与乡村旅游可持续发展评估

摘    要:[目的]在推进乡村振兴的战略背景下,休闲农业与乡村旅游的发展成为乡村振兴的有效途径之一,探究休闲农业与乡村旅游的可持续发展能力,可为西北干旱地区的乡村振兴战略提供理论支撑。[方法]文章基于可持续发展理论,结合新疆的现实情况,运用层次分析法,构建了新疆县域休闲农业与乡村旅游可持续发展评价指标体系。运用实地调查所获取的数据,对新疆具有代表性的沙湾县和察布查尔锡伯自治县进行了实证研究,并结合上述两个县域休闲农业与乡村旅游发展所处的不同阶段进行了比较研究。[结果]沙湾县休闲农业与乡村旅游可持续发展能力处于初步可持续发展阶段,察布查尔锡伯自治县处于可持续发展准备阶段,通过两者相比较可以发现沙湾县休闲农业与乡村旅游可持续发展对于察布查尔锡伯自治县休闲农业与乡村旅游可持续发展能力的提升提供借鉴价值。[结论] 在干旱区的脆弱生态环境下,休闲农业与乡村旅游的可持续发展更依赖于生态环境的保护力度。新疆休闲农业与乡村旅游产业的可持续性整体仍处于低级阶段。

Abstract:In the strategic context of promoting rural vitalization, the development of agritourism and countryside tourism has become one of the effective ways of rural vitalization. The sustainable development capacity of agritourism and countryside tourism is explored, in order to provide theoretical support for the rural revitalization strategy in the arid northwest. Based on the theory of sustainable development and the reality of Xinjiang, the analytic hierarchy process was adopted to construct an evaluation index system for the sustainable development of county level agritourism and countryside tourism in Xinjiang. Based on the data obtained from the field survey, an empirical study was conducted on the representative Shawan county and Chabuchar Xibo Autonomous county in Xinjiang, and a comparative study was conducted on the different stages of agritourism and countryside tourism development in these two counties. The sustainable development of agritourism and countryside tourism in Shawan County was at the preliminary stage, while Chabuchar Xibo Autonomous County was at the preparatory stage. Based the comparison between them, it could be found that the sustainable development of agritourism and countryside tourism in Shawan county may be of reference value for improving the sustainable development capacity of agritourism and countryside tourism in Chabuchar Xibo Autonomous county. So, in the fragile ecological environment of the arid zone, the sustainable development of agritourism and countryside tourism depends more on the ecological protection efforts. On the whole, the sustainability of agritourism and countryside tourism in Xinjiang is still at a low level.
