摘    要:[目的]通过分析我国31个省(市、区)的“互联网+农业”的公众关注度变化,分析地域因素对公众关注度的影响,为“互联网+农业”政策的地区推广提供一定的理论参考。[方法]通过提取2014—2017年“互联网+农业”关键词的百度指数,分别从时间和空间上分析国内对“互联网+农业”关注情况的变化,利用ArcGIS104分析我国“互联网+农业”公众关注度的空间自相关性,利用GeoDa软件分析公众关注度的局部空间自相关性,并利用LISA图直观的展现出来。[结果]全局自相关分析结果表明, 2017年与2015年相比,全国公众关注度有所下降,但空间自相关分布上仍呈现一定的集聚状态。局部自相关分析表明, 2017年我国范围内仅6个省市的局部空间相关性分析为高—高类型,其余省(市、区)均为不显著。[结论]“互联网+农业”的关注度在中东部地区较高且联动性较好,主要原因在于产业环境和政策环境为其提供了便利,西部地区和南方沿海地区的公众关注度不高且联动性较差,主要在于其农业发展程度不高,在今后“互联网+农业”政策推广过程中要重点宣传。

Abstract:By analyzing the change of public concern degree of "Internet + agriculture" in 31 provinces and cities of China, this paper analyzes the influence of regional factors on public attention, and provides theoretical reference for the smooth promotion of the policy of "Internet plus agriculture". By extracting the Baidu index of "Internet plus agriculture" from 2014 to 2017, we analyzed the change of domestic attention to Internet+agriculture from time and space, and analyzed the spatial autocorrelation of the public attention degree of Internet+agriculture in China by Arcgis10.4, and analyzed the public concern by GeoDa software. The local spatial autocorrelation was visualized by using LISA diagram. The global autocorrelation analysis showed that public attention decreased in 2017 compared with that in 2015, but the spatial autocorrelation distribution still showed a certain degree of agglomeration. Local autocorrelation analysis showed that only 6 provinces and municipalities in the whole country in 2017 were of high to high spatial correlation type, while the other provinces and municipalities were not significant. "Internet+agriculture" is an important agricultural policy put forward by the state in 2015. The attention of the Middle East region has achieved good linkage effect. However, the public concern in the western and coastal areas is not high and the linkage is poor. It is the main promotion area for the future Internet plus agriculture policy.
