军地一体化装备维修保障体系评价研究

随着我国市场经济体制的不断发展,借鉴美军的装备承包商维修保障理论,我军的装备维修保障体系也处于深刻变革之中.为加深对我军军地一体化装备维修保障体系的了解,更好地促进体系的发展,文章利用层次分析法和多层次灰色综合评价法对体系进行评价.通过建立评价模型对体系进行评价,在评价模型中,通过建立评价体系,确定权重,利用专家评价和白化权函数对体系进行多层次灰色综合评价,得出现行体系总体良好的结论,对体系的改进提出了合理化的建议.

Evaluation Research of Integration of Military and Civil Equipment Maintenance Support System

Along with unceasing development anti perfection of our country market economy and drawing lessons from Ameri- can contractor maintenance support theory., our army equipment maintenance support system is undergoing profound changes. In order to deepen the understanding of our integra- tion of military and civil effiluipment maintenance support system and better promote the development of system, the AHP method and multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method is used in this paper. An evaluation model is established to evaluate the system. In the evaluation model, establishes evaluation system and determines the weights, expert evaluation and the whitening weight function are used, together with multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation, to evaluate the system. The conclusion that the system is good overall is drawn. Finally, the paper puts forward rational suggestion for the system improvement.
