立体仓库并行堆垛机效率仿真分析

摘    要:文章分两部分就自动化立体仓库中巷道式有轨堆垛机作业效率进行研究分析.第一部分针对自动化立体仓库中堆垛机作业效率提出两台并行作业的模式,并理论分析其作业效率,得出两台并行堆垛机比单台堆垛机作业效率提升将近3倍;第二部分利用Flexsim仿真软件,对理论分析进行了仿真,验证了结论的正确性.

The Analysis and Simulation of Parallel Stacker Efficiency of Stereoscopic Warehouse
Abstract:This program analyzed the efficiency of rail roadway stacker in automated stereoscopic warehouse. The program is divid- ed into two parts. In the first part for the auto,nated multi-layered storehouse stacker efficiency it puts forward the model of two parallel job, and theoretically analysis its wurking efficiency, it is concluded that two parallel stacking machine work efficiency is improved nearly three times than single stacker; In the second part, we use Flexsim simulation software to simulate the theoretical analysis, the simulated results verify the accl, racy of the conclusion.
