省级电网公司优化农网物资供应方式的研究

农村电网工程具有点多、面广、工期紧急、物资种类繁多、交货集中的特点,特别是10千伏及以下电压等级工程,存在物资招标采购周期长、合同履约困难、产品质量管理分散以及结余物资利用难度较大等问题,如何做好农网工程物资供应,是保障农网工程建设工作正常开展的关键.文章分析了目前农村电网建设中物资供应存在的问题,并提出了涵盖需求计划、招标采购、实物仓储以及配送调度等供应链管理全环节的解决办法和措施,对农网物资供应方式进行全方位的优化,缩短了农网物资供应周期,提升了农网物资供应保障能力,为农网项目的实施提供了有力的保障.

The Research of the Promotion of Material Supply＇s Methods for Rural Power Grid in Provincial Electric Company

The project of rural power grid has several charac- teristics such as decentralize, wide range, urgent, diversiform, and intensive delivery Especially for the voltage classes under IOkv （includes lOkv） program, we have to face so many diffieuhies. The periods of inviting lender and purchase are long and the provisions in the contract are hard to accomplish. Meanwhile, the qualily management of products is dispersive and the surplus of these produets is not easy to utilize. The material supply for nn＇al power grid projects becomes the key factor in ensuring projects well proceeded. This article analyzes proldems of developing rural power grid and comes out the solutions, It points out some suggestious of requirement schedule, inviting tenders, material storage and distribution control, which can improve the management of the whole material supply chain. All of these methods can help to shorten the cycle of material supply, promote the ability of material snpply and finally achieve Ihe goals that guarantee the rural power grid projects can fimction well.
