| 摘 要： | 为了完善产权分配机制,调动企业人才积极性、创造性,本文在总结国内外企业人力资本产权评估方法的基础上,以计算机为主要工具,运用经济学、管理学、会计学和人才测评等多种学科知识,以流程图、结构图、数据表、数学模型及应用软件等多种方法,结合实际提出了构建企业经营管理人才管理产权评估系统的设计思路和方案,并通过案例验证了该方案的可行性,为科学、客观、准确地评估企业管理人才资本产权提供了依据。
