| 摘 要： | 近年来,企业社会责任受到越来越多的关注。本文认为企业社会责任已经成为可持续发展的要求,提出企业社会责任与社会责任期望之间存在的三个相关性假设。在此基础上,本文构建了企业社会责任弹簧模型,并从发展趋势和实践效果两个角度对企业社会责任的作用机理进行了详细分析。基于分析结论,本文提出企业在社会责任实践中要实现三个结合:与顾客价值相结合,与企业价值相结合,与企业目标相结合,使得企业社会责任成为推动可持续发展的重要力量。
