商科院校法学专业实践教学模式改革研究

商科院校法法学本科教育应注重学生法律应用能力的培养,实践教学是实现这一培养目标的重要环节.实践教学在国外法学教育中得到了高度的重视,而我国的实践教学却面临着种种困境,无法满足社会发展对人才培养的需求,改革现行实践教学模式对人才培养具有十分重要的意义.商科院校法学专业在实践教学方面应转变观念,改革传统的实践教学模式,合理安排实践教学环节,整合社会资源,拓宽实践教学渠道,构建一套多层次、多样化的渐进式的实践教学体系.

Practical Teaching Mode Reform Research for Law Major of Business College

Regular undergraduate law education of business colleges should attach importance to the development of students' ability of legal application,while practical teaching is the core of realizing this objective. Practical teaching has been well-developed in foreign law education,but it is a challenge in China.It is of great significance to reform our present patterns of practical teaching to satisfy the social needs for talents.Therefore,it is proposed to transform our ideas of practical teaching in law major education of business colleges,reforming the traditional patterns of practical teaching,balancing each link of practical teaching,taking advantage of social resources to expand channels of practical teaching.A multi-layer,diversified and gradual system of practical teaching can hence be built.
