| 摘 要： | 充分体现中国特色和中国风格的"中国现代管理理论"是现代管理学领域的"中国理论",是西方管理理论的中国化、中国传统管理思想的现代化、中国现代化建设过程中管理经验与理论的系统化和现代国学的重要组成部分。认识中国现代管理理论新学科、新体系、新内容的内涵与意义,对中国现代管理理论新学科的创建、发展与完善,特别是"着力打造融通中外的新概念新范畴新表述,讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音"甚为重要。
