中等收入国家金融脆弱性研究——泰国金融脆弱性指数检验

随着金融全球化的深入,国际金融风险日益加大,金融脆弱性问题越来越受到各国政府的重视,中等收入国家更是如此。文章选取16个代表性指标,通过因子分析法构建金融脆弱性指数,并对泰国1996-2009年的数据进行检验。研究结果表明:金融自由化程度、金融监管方式、政府应对危机决策能力和宏观经济基本面是影响泰国金融脆弱性的重要因素。

Research on Financial Fragility in Middle Income Countries:Financial Fragility Index Test from Thailand

Combined with the furtherance of financial globalization,the risk of international financial system is in the process of accumulation and therefore the issue of financial fragility caught great attentions of the policymakers in many countries,particularly those middle-income countries.This article chose 16 indictable benchmarks and adopted factor analysis method to form indicator of the financial fragility in order to test the data between 1996 and 2009 from Thailand.The results show: the extent of financial liberation,the financial monitoring mechanism,ability of the government to response crises and macro economical circumstance are the most significant factors impacting the fragility of Thailand financial system.
