| 摘 要： | 从区域经济政策效应评价理论和经济增长质量的视角出发,提出了西部大开发战略经济效应测度的多层次评价模型;从宏观经济生产率、产业结构优化升级、企业经济效益三个层面探讨了西部大开发战略对西部地区经济增长质量的影响机理;通过西部地区不同层面经济数据,以面板数据计量模型和DEA模型实证考察了西部大开发战略对西部地区生产率的影响,以动态偏离-份额空间模型考察了西部大开发战略对西部地区产业结构的影响,以企业跨期经济效益评价梯阶层次模型研究了西部大开发战略对西部地区企业经济效益的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of economic growth quality and the theory of regional economic effect evaluation,this paper puts forward a multi-level model to assess the economic effect of Western China Development Strategy.We investigate the mechanism of the Strategy on the growth of Western China from three aspects: the macro economic productivity,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and corporate efficiency.The paper analyzes the influence of the Strategy on the productivity of Western China with panel data model and DEA model,investigates the influence of the Strategy on the industrial structure of Western China with dynamic shift-share space model,and examines the influence of the Strategy on the efficiency of industrial enterprise of Western China with echelon model of evaluation of corporate cross-time efficiency. |
