The breakthrough of the new regulation on insurance fund investment

In succession to the enactment of the new "Insurance Law" in 2009,"The Provisional Rule on Insurance Fund Investment","The Provisional Rule on Insurance Fund′s Equity Investment",and "The Provisional Rule on Insurance Fund′s Property Investment" were promulgated and issued.These rules further broadened the investment channels for insurance funds to include property investment,unlisted equity investment,and infrastructure bond plan investment.It should be noted that,in this situation,while there are greater opportunity for insurance fund investment,there are also more challenges.We should take lessons from the past and be fully aware of the opportunities and challenges in order to achieve a new breakthrough from a higher starting point.
