| 摘 要： | 如何定位劳动密集型产业和高新技术产业在产业发展中的优先次序一直是理论界和产业界争论的问题 ,文章通过对发展劳动密集型产业的理论缺陷和现实局限的分析及对中国发展高新技术产业的理论依据和可行性的探讨 ,认为从长远利益考虑 ,中国应对高新技术产业的发展给予政策支持 ,以提升产业结构 ,提高在国际市场上的竞争力 ,并且 ,提出了中国发展高新技术产业的政策建议。

| Abstract: | How to decide the development order between the labor density industries and high-tech industries is always a conflicting issue in China.By analyzing the theories'defects and actual limitations to develop the labor density industries and expounding the theories' basis and feasibility for China to develop high-tech industries,the article agree that in the long run the government should give the high-tech industries policy support to upgrade the 1structure of the Industries and enhance the international competivity.At the same time the article expounds the policy suggestions for the government to develop high-tech industries. |
