| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国农村金融体制改革取得了长足进展.但是,农村金融整体风险状况仍然十分突出,并成为制约新农村建设顺利推进的一大障碍.基于此,本文以市场经济条件下深化我国农村金融体制改革为导向,分别从解决农村金融"增量"风险和"存量"风险两个角度,结合我国农村经济与农村金融的实际,提出了建设我国农村金融风险防范与化解机制的具体思路.
