| 摘 要： | 本主要通过对组织中的员工如何进行有效激励进行了论述。激励问题是世界范围内所有组织普遍关心的课题，如何才能保证员工的积极性和创造性始终保持最佳状态，作从领导有方、薪酬体系、福利作用、具体目标、培训教育、职业发展等六个方面进行了详细的探讨和论述，以期为组织提供一个可供参考的思路。
